As HTA and cost-effectiveness analysis become increasingly central to reimbursement, regulatory and policy decisions, ITECH strengthens methodological capacity through structured training in Hong Kong and internationally — in collaboration with leading academic partners.

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis and Health Economic Evaluation in Asia

A four-day intensive course co-organised with the Health Economics Research Centre (HERC), University of Oxford, and CUHK. Led by Prof Philip Clarke, Dr Junwen Zhou, Dr Xuemin Zhu (Oxford), Prof Juliana Chan, Dr Eric Lau and Prof Juliana Lui (CUHK). Reached full capacity with 70 participants and a waiting list — attracting attendees from government, Hospital Authority, industry, NGOs and academia.
